The congress language is English. Presenters are supposed to submit a paper. The papers will be published on an USB memory stick. The congress proceedings will be handed out at the congress to all participants.
For authors it is obligatory to follow the format guidelines for congress contributions. Please use the guidelines for Microsoft Word, which are available under Guidelines for Papers. If there are any problems, please contact us.

The duration of lectures is 15 minutes with a subsequent discussion of 5 minutes. A computer (operating system MS Windows, Power Point, PDF Reader) and a beamer are available for oral presentation in each congress room. Lecturers are requested to have their presentation(s) ready on an USB memory stick and to give it to a congress official or helper in order to transfer the data to the respective computer before the session begins (during coffee break/lunch).
Reproduction of audio-demonstrations is possible. These are to be registered via e-mail to email@example.com at least two weeks before the congress beginning at the latest.
In case there will be an online conference, the recorded lectures are to be sent via email to to firstname.lastname@example.org till 1 September 2021 as latest. In that case the necessary detailed information will be given on the website of the conference.
Guidelines for Papers
