Attending scientific conferences is essential for young researchers in acoustics, master and PhD students. In the same time, their budget is always very limited and high conference fees are often stopping them to join a conference. Therefore, our goal is to keep the conference fee to a minimum to be sustainable, hoping to help particularly young acousticians in joining the conference.

The congress fee includes participation at all congress sessions, welcome and closing ceremony, coffee breaks and lunch for each congress day, USB memory stick with congress proceedings.

Full papers based on abstracts that have been reviewed and accepted by two independent reviewers will be published in the Congress Proceedings which will be distributed to all Congress participants.

Each congress participant can present 1 paper with a single congress fee paid. For each additional paper presented by the same participant, additionally 20 EUR has to be paid.
